Sinopsis:

Diadaptasi dari Light Novel karangan Shiden Kanzaki yang berjudul sama, Black Bullet bercerita tentang dunia di mana virus yang membuat manusia menjadi monster bernama Gastrea tersebar luas. Dibentuklah satuan khusus dari petarung dan anak setengah Gastrea sebagai kombo untuk membasmi Gastrea di Tokyo sebagai satu dari sedikit kota yang tersisa di dunia. Satomi Rentarou dan Aihara Enju adalah salah satunya.
